Present perfect continuous

He is training for the Olympic Games.
He is been running around the garden since five o´clock this morning
You can use the present perfect continuous to say that you started doing something in the past and you are still doing it now. Look:
It is ten o´clock. He is been running around the garden since fice o´clock.
= He started sunning at five, it is ten now and he is still running.
I have been writing letters half an hour ago and I am still writing them now
Use FOR with the present perfect continuous to talk about a length of time
Five years, two months, a week, three days, an hour
He is been running for a month
= One month is the length of time he is been running, and he is still running.
Use SINCE with the present perfect continuous to say when something started
2020, last year. last month, September, Monday
He is been swimming since ten o´clock.
= He started swimming at ten o´clock, and he is still swimming.
How must to use the Present perfect continuous?
You can also use the present perfect continuous to say that you started doing something in the past and you are just stopped. Look:
Why does Andres look so tired? because he is been running.
= He looks tired because he is just stopped running
I was swimming a short time ago but now I have stopped.

Positive or negative of have or has + been + base verb + ing.
